In a general attempt to come off as much cooler than I actually am, and also because I love mixing the physical with the digital, I created a phonotrope as the opening title for my motion graphics reel some time ago.
This of course led to dozens of phonotropes as obsession took hold and came to its apex when I designed an entire online course for created phonotropes on lynda.com
